The Challenge

Academy Pro was born out of frustration. A network of 67 educational institutes was bleeding $40,000 annually on a bloated, legacy school management system. It was slow, hard to use, and lacked a unified mobile experience for parents and teachers.

They needed a complete rewrite—a modern, multi-tenant SaaS that could handle student records, fee management, academic reporting, and staff payroll, all while being significantly more cost-effective.

The Solution

Instead of hiring a massive agency that would take six months and hundreds of thousands of dollars to deliver a prototype, they hired Make Real.

Over the course of exactly 114 hours, I architected and delivered a complete end-to-end platform.
